As one of our first customer success team hires, you will have a large impact on the direction and success of the company.
You will get the opportunity to shape the future of a very ambitious, purpose-driven startup by directly working with the Head of Partnerships and our Co-Founders.

As a Customer Success Specialist at Neol you will:
+ Create templates for Creative Leaders to submit proposals for design sprints, fractional roles, advisory roles and speaking engagements
+ Support Creative Leaders in the business development journey from assessing and evaluating opportunities to signing a contract and making sure you work with program managers to follow up on the successful delivery of projects
+ Manage the Partnerships Leader program, in which members of our community will help win work for the communityÂ
+ Support pipeline partnerships with networks and agencies who remit work to the networkÂ
+ Design and run connector program to incentivize Creative Leaders to refer client to the network
+Onboard and support new Creative Leaders to the networkÂ
+ Support Head of Community with Neol pods by increasing the opportunities they go after. Pods are micro communities within the Neol network that connect to share knowledge and increase their impact on specific domainsÂ
+ Experience working at fast paced, startup environments
+ Experience matching creative talent to briefs
+ Experience developing scopes of work and supporting through contracting process - especially in creative services and/or consulting
+ At least three years of experience in sales or business development teamÂ
+ You have experience scoping and building budgets for consulting and innovation workÂ
+ You thrive on building processes and operations for business development. You loved geeking out about BI, Maestro and similar tools, and are craving to create your own versionÂ
+ You thrive keeping a hold on pipelines and making sure all blind spots are coveredÂ
+ You have hundreds of ideas for ways we can package the Neol community to meet new market demandsÂ
