You’ll work with the Marketing Head and the in-house content team to build out a memorable brand presence across various digital platforms. This in line with the overall business and brand objectives in our home as also other geographies.
We’re at a key inflection point of our growth journey and the right candidate who is driven by a ‘growth challenge’ will enjoy the brand and digital growth opportunities ahead.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and work within budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos, brochures etc and other designs using software or by hand
- Work with copywriters and Head of Marketing to produce final designs
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- 2 to 3 years experience
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing brochures, websites, apps, social media creatives etc.
- Expert knowledge of the Adobe Suite / Figma, working knowledge of Canva
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent english spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field ideally
- Startup experience preferred, though agency background with relevant experience also welcome
- SaaS experience and B2B marketing experience would be ideal
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously. Strict adherence to the style guides of the company as also different TG’s
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary

Location
We are a remote-first team. Currently, we have two main hubs: London and Istanbul, but we have distributed team members from GMT- 8 to GMT +5 timezones. For this role, we prioritize candidates that are located in Europe, between GMT+1 and GMT+3 time zones.
Start Date
We expect the candidate to be able to start working full-time as of January 2023.
