Senior Product Manager

What we believe in

We are a community-powered platform for audacious creative minds to do the best work of their lives.

The way companies and independent creatives work together is broken. Incentives are misaligned, creatives can’t express their true genius, companies don’t want to work with big and rigid agencies but at the same time don’t have a platform to find trusted teams of creative talent and creative leaders.

Neol changes how creative minds work by focusing on;

+ Fluid team structures. Not bound to classic project cycles

+ Design centric, global talent community

+ Products and services for collaboration and flexibility

Neol is founded by an experienced team of entrepreneurs, community builders and product people. We built, failed and succeeded with various types and sizes of businesses in the past. At Neol, we are boiling down everything we have learned in our previous journeys to revolutionize how creative individuals and businesses learn, collaborate and connect.

In this journey, we are proud to be supported by leading VC funds and angel investors from Silicon Valley, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
